Contact form
The contact form emails your message to REINVENT (via the site’s SMTP server). We process the information in your message (name, email, content) to reply and follow up on the request. This data is not stored in a website database.
Host suggestion form
The “Add a host” form works the same way: data is sent by email and used solely to review and, where appropriate, process your suggestion.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is stored in a secured text file on the server, reviewed manually by REINVENT for sending communications. You can request removal of your address by writing to us.
Technical data
The host may process technical connection data (IP address, server logs, user-agent) required for security, diagnostics and site operation.
Anonymized audience measurement
REINVENT uses its own statistics tool (stat.reinvent.fr) to measure site audience in an anonymized way (page views, aggregated usage events). This processing is based on the legitimate interest of understanding how the service is used. Details are on the Cookie policy page.
External fonts
The site loads fonts via Google Fonts. This third-party service may receive technical connection data (including the IP address) when fonts are loaded.
Legal basis and retention

- Newsletter: consent (voluntary signup); kept until an unsubscribe request.
- Technical logs: legitimate interest (security and service continuity).
- Anonymized audience measurement: legitimate interest (understanding how the site is used).
Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request, then for periods required or permitted by law. Technical logs are kept for a limited period consistent with security needs.
Recipients
Data is accessible to authorized persons within REINVENT and, strictly as needed, to its technical providers. Data is not sold.
Transfers outside the EU
If a technical provider (for example Google Fonts) processes data outside the European Economic Area, such processing takes place under the mechanisms provided by applicable law.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to certain processing, by writing to contact@hebergeurs.eu or contact@reinvent.fr.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority).
